From a legacy character’s recast to the much-anticipated returns of two veteran stars, here’s the very latest casting information about who’s coming and who’s going on General Hospital, Young and Restless, Beyond The Gates, Bold and Beautiful, and Days of Our Lives.

Who’s Coming

Beyond The Gates

Ben Gavin (Derek Baldwin): Derek gets into an altercation with Grayson (Jordi Vilasuso) this week, and Ashley (Jen Jacob) is called upon to referee it.

Malachi Malik (Elon Hawthorne): There is more screen time this week for Jacob’s (Jibre Hordgres) father.

Kovar McClure (Lance Salinger): McClure will be seen in multiple episodes as Lance. In 2022, McClure briefly appeared on GH as Dr. Nelson, who gave Epiphany (Sonya Eddy) guff about the preferential treatment he felt she was giving to Willow (Katelyn MacMullen).

Greg Vaughan (Kial Rollins): The Daytime Emmy-winner notches more air time this week as Kial continues to pursue Nicole (Daphnee Duplaix).

Kenjah (Madison Montgomery): The drama continues in Madison’s relationship with Chelsea (RhonniRose Mantilla) this week.

Bold and Beautiful

Ashleigh Brewer (Ivy Forrester): Real-life newlywed Brewer is in for a big week as Ivy, who catches Will (Crew Morrow) in a close moment with Dylan (Sydney Bullock.

Jim J. Bullock (Joseph): Joseph will be seen in scenes with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Electra (Laneya Grace) on Tuesday, January 27; the character is Dottie’s (Morgan Fairchild) assistant. Bullock — who is no relation to B&B cast member Sydney Bullock (Dylan) — has guest-starred on the show before. In 2005 and 2009, he played Serge, a wedding planner. The actor is best known for the sitcom Too Close for Comfort and for his appearances on Hollywood Squares.

Morgan Fairchild (Dottie Bright): Fairchild, who occasionally pops up on GH in the role of home shopping channel host Haven de Havilland, will guest star on Tuesday, January 27 as the wealthy Dotttie, a role she first played in 2009.

Bryan David Garlick (Hayes Finnegan): Steffy and Finn’s (Tanner Novlan) son notches more air time.

Ariel D. King (Harmony): Look for Harmony in the San Francisco-set scenes with Steffy and Electra.

Spencer Pratt (Rich): Reality star and social media influencer Pratt (The Hills, Celebrity Big Brother) returns on Wednesday, January 28. He appeared on the show last year as himself alongside his wife, Heidi Montag.

Judi Evans (Bonnie Kiriakis): The Daytime Emmy-winning vet will appear on Thursday, January 29.

Dan Feuerriegel (EJ DiMera): EJ has been absent from the canvas for about a month, but he’s back in the Salem mix this week.

Alice Halsey (Rachel Black): The troubled girl shares scenes with her mother, Kristen (Stacy Haiduk), and her aunt Belle (Martha Madison) on Friday, January 30.

Tina Huang (Melinda Trask): Look for Huang to pop up again on Thursday, January 29.

Wally Kurth (Justin Kiriakis): The fan-fave attorney is on hand on Thursday, January 29.

Hank Northrop (Liam Selejko): Liam shares scenes with Abe (James Reynolds) on Tuesday, January 27.

Melissa Reeves (Jennifer Horton Deveraux): Jennifer is featured in the scenes with Justin.

Louise Sorel (Vivian Alamain): The infamous Salem pot-stirrer returns on Friday, January 30. Sorel last appeared in 2025 but made her DAYS debut all the way back in 1992. After exiting in 2000, she returned from 2009-11 and from 2017-18, then made more appearances starting in 2020.

Richard Wharton (Dr. Wilheim Rolf): Dr. Rolf is back as of Monday, January 26, which showcased Wharton in scenes with Emily O’Brien (Gwen).

Asher Antonyzyn (Danny Morgan): Danny will appear in scenes with Bluesy Burke (Charlotte), among others this week.

Bluesy Burke (Charlotte Cassadine): As the temperatures drop in Port Charles, expect an uptick in screen time for Charlotte.

Finn Carr (Rocco Falconeri): Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Lulu’s (Alexa Havins) son makes his next appearance on Wednesday, January 28.

Wes Ramsey (Peter August): The actor made a surprise return last week when Anna (Finola Hughes) seemingly hallucinated an encounter with her nephew, who she watched take his last breath back in 2022.

Stephen A. Smith (Brick): The valued member of Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) organization pops back up this week and shares scenes with multiple characters, including Carly (Laura Wright), Jordan (Tanisha Harper) and Josslyn (Eden McCoy).

Kirsten Storms (Maxie Jones): It looks like Maxie’s months-long coma might soon be coming to an end! Storms, who has been on an extended hiatus from the show and was last seen on-screen in August 2025, confirmed on Instagram that she is back at work, and a show rep subsequently disclosed to Digest that Maxie will first be seen on Thursday, February 12.

James Patrick Stuart (Valentin Cassadine): Look for more interaction between Valentin and Carly this week.

Ethan Ray Clark (Dominic Winters): The role of Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Devon’s (Bryton James) young son has been recast, with Clark assuming the role last played by twins River Ware and Rainn Ware.

Camryn Grimes (Mariah Copeland): Mariah is in the thick of story this week appears again this week — and that story appears to be one that will cause great distress for Abby and Devon.

Ray Wise (Ian Ward): Mariah envisions another encounter with the dastardly Ian, so Wise will continue to be seen as her manifestation.

Who’s Going

Rain Ware and River Ware (Dominic Winters): The twin actors haven’t been seen on the Y&R canvas for over a year, but after appearing in the role from 2021-24, they have now officially ceded the part of Dominic to a recast, Ethan Ray Clark.

Who’s Staying

General Hospital

Cameron Mathison (Drew Cain): Despite the latest round of rumors that pegged Mathison as set to make a Port Charles exit, setside sources tell Digest that there are no plans to script a departure for Drew.

Real-Life Status

Health Update: Colin Egglesfield, who played the role of Joshua Madden — the son of Erica Kane (Susan Lucci), who was stolen and raised by Dr. Greg Madden (Ian Buchanan) — on All My Children, announced a year ago that he had been diagnosed with cancer for a third time. Recently, he shared the wonderful news with E! News that he is “cancer free” and “feeling great.” The actor was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2006 and underwent treatment, but learned the following year that the cancer was back. Then, in 2024, he was diagnose with prostate cancer. He had a surgical procedure called a prostatectomy that same year. “Fortunately, they caught it early enough where I didn’t have to do any radiation or chemotherapy or anything,” Egglesfield explained.

Alumni Report

Tracker, the CBS drama starring Justin Hartley (ex-Adam, Y&R; ex-Fox, Passions) has been renewed for a fourth season…. AMC alum Mark Consuelos (ex-Mateo) is poised to make his Broadway debut in Fallen Angels. Performances will begin on March 27. Consuelos will star opposite Kelli O’HaraRose Byrne and Aasif Mandviamong others…. The 98th Academy Award nominations were announced on January 22, and All My Children alum Michael B. Jordan (ex-Reggie Porter) received a nod as Outstanding Lead Actor for his work in Sinners, his first Oscar nomination.

Industry News

In Loving Memory: GH announced that it is mounting a special episode honoring the late Anthony Geary, who passed away in December 2025. The show airing on Friday, February 20 will pay homage to Geary’s iconic alter ego, Luke Spencer.
