Melissa Ordway

After winning the 2004 MTV reality series The Assistant, Ordway moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in show business, appearing in series like Privileged, How I Met Your Mother and Melrose Place, as well as films such as The Last Song and Ted. After playing Chloe on the TeenNick series Hollywood Heights in 2012, Ordway took over the role of Abby Newman on Young and Restless in 2013. She earned a Daytime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress for her work in 2022. Ordway married actor and musician Justin Gaston — who briefly filled in as Chance on Y&R in 2020 — on September 22, 2012. The couple adopted their first child, Olivia Christine, in 2016, and Ordway gave birth to their second daughter, Sophie Jolie, on Dec. 9, 2017.
