Jacqueline MacInnes Wood

Born in Ontario, Canada, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood moved to Toronto to pursue acting when she turned 18 and she enrolled in classes at Ryerson University, Center for the Arts and Armstrong Acting Studios. While working in Canada, she did some work in commercials and in television series like Runaway, M.V.P., and Lovebites. In 2008, the actress took over the role of Steffy Forrester on Bold and Beautiful, which she has played ever since, minus a break from 2013-15. Her B&B career has led to six Daytime Emmy Award nominations over the years. So far, Wood has taken home the Lead Actress trophy an impressive three times, in 2019, 2021, and 2023.

In addition to her work on B&B, Wood had appeared in films such as Final Destination 5 and Her Husband’s Betrayal as well as prime-time shows like Arrow, Anger Management, and Castle. She has even dabbled in music, working as a disc jockey and releasing two singles, “After Hours” and ”Girl You Knew.” Wood also hosted the E! television series Party On, which showcased hot spots around the world. Outside of B&B, Wood is the mother of four sons with husband Elan Ruspoli: Rise (b. March 2019), Lenix (b. February 2021), Brando (b. May 2022), and Valor (b. August 2023). She is currently expecting baby No. 5.
