Ian Buchanan

Scottish-born Ian Buchanan got his big break when he was cast as Duke Lavery on General Hospital from 1986-89. He returned to daytime as James Warwick on Bold and Beautiful (1993-99 and subsequent visits), earning the 1997 Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actor. Buchanan also played Joshua Temple on Port Charles (2002-03), Greg Madden on All My Children (2005-06) and Ian McAllister on Days of Our Lives (2012). The actor, who reprised Duke on GH from 2012-15, also appeared on Twin Peaks and in the Jodie Foster film Panic Room.
