Jacqueline MacInnes Wood Returns to Bold and Beautiful!
Welcome back, Steffy! Jacqueline MacInnes Wood has returned to Bold and Beautiful after her most recent maternity leave to welcome her fifth child. The soap’s supervising producer, Casey Kasprzyk, shared a family photo on X (formerly Twitter) of Wood, her TV husband Tanner Novlan (Finn), and their on-screen kids, Sophia Parras McKinley (Kelly) and Bryan David Garlick (Hayes). “Excited to have Jacqueline MacInnes Wood back on set and taping her first scenes at our new studio!” he enthused, adding the hashtags for the show along with #Sinn and #SinnFamily.
Home Sweet Home
Wood joined the cast of B&B back in 2008 to take over the role of Steffy Forrester and has played the character ever since, aside from a break from 2013-15. She has also taken maternity leave to welcome her four sons with husband Elan Ruspoli. Rise was born in March 2019, Lenix in February 2021, Brando in May 2022, and Valor in August 2023. The actress announced that she was pregnant with her fifth child back in March 2025, but has not publicly reported when she gave birth and whether they added another boy to the family, or if this time it was a girl.
Steffy was last seen in the July 28 episode of B&B when she left town with the kids to put her head back together after everything that happened with Luna trying to kill her (again) and the “miracle surgery” Liam underwent to save his life when everyone believed he was dying of a brain tumor. When she comes home again, Steffy will likely have something to say about Liam’s growing closeness with Hope. And she’ll be one of the many people who will be shocked when it’s revealed that Luna isn’t as dead as everyone thinks!

As Kasprzyk mentioned, Wood was filming her very first scenes at B&B’s new studio space at Sunset Las Palmas. The CBS soap moved there in August after nearly four decades at Television City. Given the show’s shooting schedule, if Wood has just returned to taping new episodes, viewers can expect to see Steffy back on screen sometime in early to mid-October.
