Congratulations are in order for Bold and Beautiful star Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, who plays Steffy Forrester Finnegan. The actress has shared the wonderful news that her fifth child has arrived, joining big brothers Rise (born March 2019), Lenix (February 2021), Brando (May 2022) and Valor James (born August 2023) with husband Elan Ruspoli. “A little slice of paradise ☀️🤍🐥,” Wood wrote on Instagram (which you can see below). “Welcomed a beautiful, healthy baby boy at home 🕊✨ This season has been all about being still, soaking in every precious moment, and embracing the quiet magic of new beginnings. Social media took a little back seat, but I’m so happy to be back and say hello again 🤍”
Her B&B family was quick to comment on the happy news. “What a beautiful life 😍 love you!” Courtney Hope (Sally, Y&R) wrote to her former co-star. The actress waited until her seventh month of pregnancy to announce in her newsletter that she was expecting her fifth child. To accommodate the multiple Daytime Emmy Award-winning actress’s maternity leave this time, the show simply had Steffy needing to get away with the kids after having been terrorized by her husband, Finn’s, surprise daughter, Luna. Wanting to recover from the trauma of Luna’s supposed death, Steffy took an extended leave, but now that everyone knows Luna didn’t really die, there will be a fresh wave of drama for Steffy to face when she returns to Los Angeles to face her dangerous stepdaughter.
Wood’s return to the airwaves should be imminent — she concluded her maternity leave in September and reported back to work at the show’s new studio.
