Karla Mosley

Karla Mosley got her big break performing on the children’s television show Hi-5 from 2003-06. In 2008, she made her daytime debut as Christina Moore on Guiding Light, remaining with the soap until 2009. From 2013-2020, she played Maya Avant on Bold and Beautiful, where a storyline revealed her character to be a transgender woman. She can currently be seen portraying the unpredictable Dani Dupree on Beyond the Gates, a role she debuted in the CBS soap’s first episode in 2025. She and partner John Rogers are parents to two daughters, Aurora (b. August 2018) and Willa (b. July 2021).
