Sal Stowers

Sal Stowers is best known to daytime audiences for her role as Lani Price on Days of Our Lives, which she originated in 2015. In 2013, she portrayed Cassandra Foster in the short-lived online reboot of All My Children. Outside of soaps, Stowers gained national recognition as the winner of America’s Next Top Model Cycle 9 and has appeared in primetime series such as Switched at Birth, The Fosters, New Girl and Tyler Perry’s Sistas. She is also a certified wellness coach and founder of SS Body & Nutrition. In 2023, Stowers announced her engagement to longtime partner John-Michael Carlton.
