Michael Mealor

Michael Mealor was born and raised in Atlanta, GA, and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting and modeling. He quickly signed with Wilhelmina Modeling Agency and could be seen in advertising for Abercrombie and Fitch as well as in music videos for Lady Gaga and Britney Spears. He also appeared in the Coca-Cola campaign for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.

After guest spots in series like Chasing Life, Supergirl, and Roadies, Mealor was cast as the newest Kyle Abbott on Young and Restless, making his daytime debut in March 2018. After exiting the soap alongside on-screen love interest Hunter King (Summer) in August 2021, the pair returned in October 2021 for a few episodes, and Mealor returned solo for an episode in March 2022. Then, in April of that year, the actor was back at Y&R as Kyle for a run that continues to this day. He can also be seen in a 2021 episode of the hit sitcom It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. In his personal life, Mealor enjoys boxing, tinkering with cars, and watching films. He and his wife, Sasha, tied the knot on March 23, 2023.
