Courtney Hope

Born in Dallas, TX, Hope kicked off her acting career with roles in television series like Joan of Arcadia, Grey’s Anatomy, and Bones as well as films like Prowl and The Divergent Series: Allegiant. In January 2017, she joined the cast of Bold and Beautiful in the newly created role of Sally Spectra, grandniece of the original Sally Spectra, the beloved character played by the late Darlene Conley. Hope exited the show in 2020, but was quickly snapped up to continue playing Sally on Young and Restless. In 2024, the actress received a Daytime Emmy Award in the Outstanding Supporting Actress category for her work on Y&R; she had previously been nominated in the same category while on B&B.
In addition to her career in daytime, Hope is a fitness instructor, a certified nutrition coach and was a competitive dancer for many years. She has also done performance motion capture and voice work for video games such as Star Wars: The Old Republic—Knights of the Eternal Throne, Quantum Break and Control.
