Scott Clifton
- Shows: Bold and Beautiful
- Awards: Daytime Emmy Award, Soap Opera Digest Award
It was clear that Scott Clifton was going to be a talent from the time he was 9 years old and his mother gave him a copy of Hamlet. Within days, he’d already memorized the iconic “To be or not to be” speech! After guest roles on shows like Roswell and Judging Amy, the young actor got his big break in 2003 when he was cast as Dillon Quartermaine on General Hospital. Before his 2007 exit, Clifton earned three Daytime Emmy nominations in the Outstanding Younger Actor category and won the Soap Opera Digest Award for Outstanding Younger Lead Actor in 2005.
From 2009-10, he played Schuyler Joplin on One Life to Live, earning another Daytime Emmy nomination. Months after leaving the ABC soap, Clifton joined the cast of Bold and Beautiful as Liam, who would soon be revealed to be Bill Spencer’s long-lost son. This role garnered the performer another six Daytime Emmy nominations, and he ended up taking home the trifecta — Outstanding Younger Actor (2011), Supporting Actor (2013), and Lead Actor (2017). Clifton is also a talented singer/songwriter, and has released two EPs, Untitled and Unbeautiful, as well as two studio albums, So Much for the Nightlife and Mannequin. Of course, one of his greatest roles is that of father to his son, Ford, who was born in 2016.
