Christie Clark

Christie Clark made her acting debut in the 1985 horror film A Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy’s Revenge and appeared in episodes of Hardcastle and McCormick and The Magical World of Disney before joining the cast of Days of Our Lives in 1986 as the new Carrie Brady. After leaving the soap in 1991, Clark returned from 1992-99, 2005-06, and 2011-12. She earned two Daytime Emmy Award nominations and took home the Soap Opera Digest Award for Hottest Romance for the Carrie and Austin pairing. She made additional appearances on DAYS in 2018 and 2019, and in 2021, reprised the role of Carrie for the streaming spinoff Beyond Salem. Her most recent return to the soap was in June 2025. Clark and her husband, Thomas Barnes, are the proud parents of three daughters.
