Here’s the very latest casting information about who’s coming and who’s going on Beyond The Gates, Bold and Beautiful, Days of Our Lives, General Hospital and Young and Restless.
Who’s Coming
Beyond The Gates
Alexander Cheeks (Donnell McBride): Vanessa (Lauren Buglioli) and Doug’s (Jason Graham) son will have some tough questions for his mother when he discovers her with Joey (Jon Lindstrom).
Darryl W. Handy (Detective Marcel Malone): The detective will be keeping close tabs on Donnell — and his questions about his father Doug’s death.
Karan Kendrick (Mona Wilson): Mona will field a request for help from Eva (Ambyr Michelle). If it involves Eva’s mother Leslie (Trisha Mann-Grant), she may have a tough time getting that help from her mother’s former friend.
Jon Lindstrom (Joey Armstrong): Look for the casino owner to alter the reality of events in some way this week. Will he create new “evidence” in the death of Doug to try to throw everyone off the scent?
Cady McClain (Pamela Curtis): Dani (Karla Mosley) will confide in her best friend about that recent adulterous kiss she shared with ex-husband Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett).
Robert Christopher Riley (Dr. Carlton Fitzgerald): Ted’s (Keith D. Robinson) best friend, who is also his business partner, will continue getting closer to the love of Ted’s life this week — Nicole (Daphnée Duplaix)!
Jerri Tubbs (Jan Morgan): Ashley’s (Jen Jacob) mother will also receive a request for help from Eva. Will she be any more amenable than Mona to doing as Eva asks?
Greg Vaughan (Character TBA): Fan favorite Vaughan — who viewers know from his stints as Diego Guittierez on Young and Restless, Lucky Spencer on General Hospital, and Eric Brady on Days of Our Lives (for which he won a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actor in 2018) — is joining the ranks of BTG in a new role, and will debut later this season. For now, the show is keeping the identity of his new character under wraps.
Bold and Beautiful
Ashleigh Brewer (Ivy Forrester): Ivy will be there for her niece Electra (Laneya Grace) as she contemplates what her future with Will (Crew Morrow) might hold.
Alexis Gaube (Petra): The Forrester Creations model will be appearing this week. In addition to her role on the CBS soap, Gaube has also been seen as a dealer on Card Sharks and a model on The Price is Right at Night.
Ashley Jones (Bridget Forrester): Look for the good doctor to be conducting a DNA test on Luna (Lisa Yamada) to determine if Will is really the father of her unborn baby.
Naomi Matsuda (Li Finnegan): Luna’s grandmother — who is also her aunt — will have an emotional meeting with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) about the role she played in Luna’s return to the living.
Romy Park (Poppy Nozawa): Poppy hasn’t been seen much since Luna’s supposed death. Will she discover this week that reports of her daughter’s demise were greatly exaggerated?
Rachel Reilly (Rachel): The Big Brother star is back, it was announced last week, though the character she plays has gone through an evolution and is now an energy healer.
Days of our Lives
Matthew Ashford (Jack Deveraux): Jack accompanies his wife, Jennifer (Melissa Reeves), to Salem when she has to work on interviews for The Spectator. He will spend time with JJ (Casey Moss). Will JJ confide in his father about what Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) said, which has been troubling him?
Cary Christopher (Thomas DiMera): Thomas confronts his dad Chad (Billy Flynn) about Rachel (Alice Halsey) telling him that Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) is his girlfriend and that he lied about them being just friends.
Kennedy Garcia (Felicity Greene): Felicity will be on hand for scenes with Cat when the two sisters meet up in Horton Town Square.
Autumn Gendron (Charlotte DiMera): Chad and Abigail’s youngest will also be on hand when her grandparents, Jack and Jennifer, arrive in town.
Melissa Reeves (Jennifer Rose Horton Deveraux): Jennifer returns to town and will have scenes with Kayla (Mary Beth Evans), who will be advising her on a matter. Also, Jennifer will be celebrated by Jack and Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) for her 40 years in Salem as Reeves marks her milestone anniversary.
Michael Roark (Jeremy Horton): The actor, who played Travis Crawford on Y&R back in 2016, finally made his debut last Friday after it was announced months ago that he would be joining the Peacock soap. One of the character’s first moves is to reconnect with his former flame Stephanie (Abigail Klein).
Thaao Penghlis (Tony DiMera): Tony will be confronted by the Kiriakis clan when Xander (Paul Telfer), Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) descend on the DiMera mansion.
General Hospital
Bradford Anderson (Damian Spinelli): Spinelli is in the mix this week as his questions over Nathan’s (Ryan Paevey) return remain unanswered.
Nazneen Contractor (Justine Turner): Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) slated for yet another encounter with the assistant district attorney this week.
Bryce Durfee (WSB Agent Vaughn): Josslyn (Eden McCoy) comes back to Port Charles this week after her post-Croatia jaunt to Australia — and so, too, does the lover she took while overseas, who Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) has forbidden her from continuing to see. Will these two be able to stay away from one another?
Michael E. Knight (Martin Gray): Another attorney with plenty of business to attend to this week is Martin. Expect him to share some heated scenes with Tracy (Jane Elliot).
Young and Restless
Lauralee Bell (Christine Blair): Christine and Danny (Michael Damian) make a big decision about their wedding this week.
Tricia Cast (Nina Webster): Christine’s closest friend will be attending her upcoming November wedding. Digest broke the news of Daytime Emmy-winner Cast’s return last week; she first joined the show back in 1986 and was last seen on the canvas in 2024.
Michael Damian (Danny Romalotti): In addition to making decisions about his upcoming wedding to Christine, Danny will also reconnect with his former singing partner and one-time paramour, Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman).
Cait Fairbanks (Tessa Porter): Mariah’s (Camryn Grimes) wife will return with news for Sharon (Sharon Case) about what she learned about Mariah’s business trip that sent her on her downward spiral.
Jess Walton (Jill Foster Abbott): Billy’s (Jason Thompson) mother will be in high demand as Victor (Eric Braeden) shares shocking news with her, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) tries to settle unfinished business, and she surprises Jack (Peter Bergman) at Jabot.
Patty Weaver (Gina Romalotti): Digest broke the news that Danny’s singer sister is also slated to be in attendance when her brother joins Christine in holy matrimony next month.

Casting About
Zach Tinker (Sonny, DAYS; Fen, Y&R) has a starring role in the feature length psychological thriller, Beneath The Light, which will be available on streaming and cable platforms October 14. It was filmed entirely on location in and around Lorain, Ohio and the town’s iconic 108-year-old Lorain Lighthouse on Lake Erie. The story centers on a remote, weathered lighthouse that can only be reached by boat — and it soon turns into the battleground for a young man (Tinker). Hired to repair the place, he’s left on his own once the gruff owner takes off. As the isolation sets in and the unease starts to build, he has no choice but to confront the mistakes of his past… or risk watching his sanity slip away for good. You can watch the trailer below.
