Ryan Paevey

Ryan Paevey is a model turned actor who got his start in commercials and music videos and rose to fame on daytime television as romantic hero Nathan West on General Hospital, a role he played from 2013–18. After his soap run, Paevey built a steady career in television films, especially with Hallmark Channel, where he was a leading man in a variety of romantic features. In September 2025, he returned to GH as Cassius Faison, Nathan’s late twin, who was posing as his brother.
