Matthew Ashford

Matthew Ashford became a Days of Our Lives fan favorite when he joined the show as Jack Deveraux in 1987, earning five Soap Opera Digest Awards as Jack and Jennifer Horton’s love story took off. He has also starred as Drew Ralston on One Life to Live (1982-83), Cagney McCleary on Search for Tomorrow (1984-86),  Tom Hardy on General Hospital (1995-97), and OLTL as Stephen Haver (2003-04) . The actor married Lana Bass in 2016, and they have two children: Henry and Willa. He has two older daughters, Grace and Emma, from his previous marriage.
