Rena Sofer

Born in California and raised on the East Coast, Rena Sofer made her television debut as Joyce on Another World in 1987 and went on to play Rocky McKenzie on Loving from 1988-1991. She became a bona fide star during her 1993-96 run as Lois Cerullo on General Hospital, and earned both the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress and the Soap Opera Digest Award for Outstanding Younger Lead Actress in 1995. After a prolific career in prime-time, with roles on everything from Just Shoot Me to 24 to Melrose Place, Sofer spent nearly a decade playing Bold and Beautiful’s Quinn Fuller from 2013-2022 before reprising Lois on GH in 2023. Married to director Sanford Bookstaver, they have a daughter, Avalon, and she is also mom to daughter Rosabel from her previous marriage to Wally Kurth, GH’s Ned.
