Matt Cohen kicked off his acting career with roles on shows like The O.C. and films like Boogeyman 2, before landing the role of Aiden Dennison on South of Nowhere. He went on to appear in series like Supernatural, 90210, and How to Get Away With Murder. Cohen made his daytime debut when he joined the cast of General Hospital as Dr. Griffin Monro, a role he played from 2014-19. In 2025, it was announced that he had been cast on Young and Restless as Detective Burrow. Cohen married his South of Nowhere co-star Mandy Musgrave on May 18, 2011, and their son, Macklin, was born in April 2015.
