Linsey Godfrey

A native of Stuart, FL, Linsey Godfrey began acting in high school and was signed by a talent agent when she was 15. She relocated to Los Angeles and nabbed a 2005 guest spot on One Tree Hill, followed by a recurring role on Surface. Forced to put acting on hold when she was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2006, Godfrey eventually returned to her career. She began her climb to soap stardom in 2012 when she joined the Bold and Beautiful cast as Caroline Spencer. In 2015, Godfrey was gravely injured when she was struck by a car, enduring months of physical therapy to learn how to walk again.

Godfrey left B&B in 2018 and was quickly snapped up to portray Sarah Horton on Days of Our Lives. Between the two shows, she has been nominated for five Daytime Emmys. The actress co-parents a daughter, Aleda (b. 2014), with actor Robert Adamson.
