The Top Five Stories to Watch on General Hospital, Young and Restless, B&B, DAYS, and BTG the Week of March 2
The week of March 2 is going to be full of drama on all of the soaps, and here are the top stories from General Hospital, Young and Restless, Bold and Beautiful, Days of Our Lives, and Beyond the Gates that fans are not going to want to miss!
Beyond the Gates
It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year since Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett) and Hayley (Marquita Goings) tied the knot in a dramatic wedding ceremony that was the climax of the first week of CBS’s newest soap opera. Dani (Karla Mosley) pulled out a gun at their nuptials last year, and upon spotting the couple celebrating their anniversary at the country club, wants to make it extra special. The BTG preview shows her rooting around in her purse, but for what? Of course, Hayley’s got a bigger problem to deal with when Bill asks, “Think you’re ready to start trying for a baby again?” All she wants from her husband is his money, so she’s going to have to do some quick thinking to keep her plans on track.
Bold and Beautiful
It has always been uncomfortable for Taylor (Rebecca Budig) when Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) enthusiastically thanks her for helping save her marriage to Deacon (Sean Kanan). The reason, of course, is that Sheila still has no idea that her husband has fallen head over heels for the psychiatrist, and in this week’s promo, the guy is even thinking about Taylor while in bed with his wife! But Deacon later informs Taylor that even during those intimate moments, all he could think about was her, and the pair share another stolen kiss. Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) has warned her mother that she’s playing a dangerous game, fearing what Sheila will do when she finds out what Taylor and Deacon have been doing behind her back. And viewers are eager to watch those fireworks explode, too. How much longer before Sheila learns the truth and the you-kn0w-what hits the fan?
Days of Our Lives
It seems like forever since EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) set up his lab with that mysterious pod in the basement of Salem University Hospital, and the speculation among the fans as to who is contained inside has been flying fast and furious ever since. DAYS teasers for this week preview that Dr. Rolf (Richard Warton) continues working on the pod, and then EJ and Gwen (Emily O’Brien) visit the person encased within. But when Paulina (Jackée Harry) questions EJ about exactly what he’s been getting up to down there, he’s got a shocking answer for her that promises to change everything!
General Hospital
Lulu (Alexa Havins) finally decided that she would explore her feelings for Nathan (Ryan Paevey), but insisted to him that they couldn’t do it behind Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) back. She’s determined to be open and upfront about their blossoming romance, but according to the GH teasers, before either of them can come clean with Maxie, someone spots them in a close moment together. Could that be why Lulu steels herself to tell her best friend the truth, as seen in this week’s spoilers video? Maxie chose to stay with Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), but how will she react to learning that Nathan is already moving on… and with Lulu, of all people? This could get messy!
Young and Restless
The Y&R teasers preview that Victor (Eric Braeden) gets the upper hand in his war with the Abbotts and puts Billy (Jason Thompson) in a tight spot. And in the weekly spoilers promo, Billy warns Diane (Susan Walters) and Kyle (Michael Mealor), “Victor just told me that if I don’t hand Chancellor over to him by the end of the day, we will never see Jack [Peter Bergman] again.” Diane will be desperate to see her husband home safe and sound, but would Billy really agree to give in to the Newman’s threats? And just how far will Victor go in order to regain control of Chancellor and Newman Enterprises? This is gearing up to be a key week in answering that million-dollar question.
