General Hospital Spoilers Video: ‘You Gotta Help Me Avert a Disaster’
The General Hospital spoilers video for Tuesday, September 1, previews a desperate request, a threat, a cover-up, and a horrifying discovery.
Chaos Theory
Ric (Rick Hearst) seemed to have taken Lulu’s (Alexa Havins) advice not to look for trouble where there wasn’t any regarding his relationship with Liz (Rebecca Herbst). But it appears that Ric is still very much jealous of the time that his girlfriend continues to spend with Lulu’s ex-husband, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna). “You gotta help me avert a disaster,” he urges. But will Lulu agree to go along with his plan?
Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) is supporting his girlfriend, Trina (Tabyana Ali), as she performs with Gio (Giovanni Mazza) at a club gig. But Simon (Grady Eldredge) doesn’t seem too happy to see Kai in attendance, given the music exec’s intention to present Trina and Gio to the public as a couple. “Do you really want to be the reason it doesn’t work out for her?” he asks Kai.
Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) interrupts Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and Trina’s conversation to tell her client, “You’re on.” But Trina is definitely still feeling some stage fright as she prepares to perform. “Already?” she asks nervously. Will Trina and Gio’s performance be a success?
Ava (Maura West) reluctantly allowed herself to be dragged into Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) scheme to distract Jack (Chris McKenna) while he searched the WSB Chief’s hotel room, even going so far as to drug the guy’s drink. But Drew’s quest to retrieve the evidence Jack has on him didn’t go as smoothly as planned, and Ava wants out. “There’s no way in hell I’m going down for this by myself,” she insists.
When Carly (Laura Wright) discovers that someone tampered with the security systems at The Metro Court, she asks Jason (Steve Burton) for help. “Somebody went to a lot of trouble,” Jason notes. “But what would make it worth their while?” Will they discover that Drew was responsible for the system crash, or did he cover his tracks well enough?
At the Metro Court Pool, Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) let out a terrified shriek when she went into the water for a late-night swim. And when Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) jumps in to help her, he finds the body that she collided with. “What the hell?!” he exclaims. But whose corpse have they discovered, and what will they do about it?
