Say What You Mean and Mean What You Say
It appears that Deacon (Sean Kanan) owes Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) something, and she’s come to collect. “In lieu of payment,” she says, “there is something that I would really like.” We see Sheila reach out and grab the back of Deacon’s head and pulling him into a kiss, which takes him by surprise. But Sheila is going for it, and even lifts her leg behind her, showing off her missing toes!
Finn (Tanner Novlan) has reluctantly accepted that Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is going to act as Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Daphne’s (Murielle Hilaire) surrogate, but worries how they’re going to break the news to everyone else. “Have you thought about when you’re gonna tell your parents?” he asks his wife.
Taylor (Rebecca Budig) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) join their daughter and son-in-law for a meal at their home and can tell that Steffy and Finn are sitting on some news. “You know you can tell us anything,” Taylor assures her daughter. Then we see Ridge on the phone telling someone, “I’m at Steffy’s. Get over here right now.” The clip cuts to Carter looking nervous. How will Ridge and Taylor feel about their daughter carrying a baby for another couple?
Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) attempt to persuade Bill (Don Diamont) to calm Katie (Heather Tom) down seems to have had exactly the opposite effect. Learning that her sister was conspiring with Bill has inflamed both Katie’s jealousy and her hatred for Brooke. “You’re going after my marriage!” Katie insists as Brooke looks as if butter wouldn’t melt. “I’m not gonna let that happen!” Can anyone de-escalate this war before it gets even more out of hand?
