Leaving the Past Behind
Liz (Rebecca Herbst) has been pushing Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) to explore alternative ways for Drew (Cameron Mathison) to communicate while in his locked-in state, but the congresswoman has pushed back every time. Still, Liz isn’t giving up and is getting more insistent… and suspicious. “You have to let him have a voice,” Liz presses, adding, “Or do you not want that?” How much longer can Willow keep Drew quiet?
Chase (Josh Swickard) was demoted to beat cop while Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) was the acting commissioner — but Anna (Finola Hughes) gave him a glimmer of hope, offering him the chance to regain his rank as detective. Perhaps that is what gives Chase the confidence to stand up to Dante at the station, asking him, “Is this a courtesy or a test?”
Checking in with Jack (Chris McKenna) at his office, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) is curious about his determination to get his hands on a WSB black box. “Are you looking for Cullum’s secrets?” she wonders. “Or are you trying to recover your own?” Will Jack bring Joss into the loop or keep her in the dark?
Since Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) returned to Port Charles to try to resume her life, her budding friendship with Lucas (Van Hansis) has taken a serious turn for the worse. And it doesn’t seem to be getting any better. Standing in the hospital corridor, Lucas tells Britt, “If you don’t want to be here, then leave.”
After being released from the WSB prison, Jason (Steve Burton) took off again to spend some quality time with his son, Danny (Asher Antonyzyn). But now he’s back, and reconnecting with Drew down at the Quartermaine boathouse. “It’s time for a new chapter,” Jason tells his brother. Can old wounds truly be healed?
