Brook Kerr

Born in Indiana, Brook Kerr moved to Los Angeles to pursue an entertainment career. Her big break came in 1999, when she joined the original cast of Passions in the role of Whitney Russell, who she played until 2008. For her work as Whitney, she received two Soap Opera Digest nominations. In 2020, Kerr was lured back to daytime by General Hospital, where she was hired her to play Dr. Portia Robinson. In 2023, Kerr was nominated for a Daytime Emmy as Outstanding Supporting Actress.
