Building a Connection
Sitting with Adam (Mark Grossman) at Crimson Lights, Sally (Courtney Hope) has something important to ask her ex. “I need you to do me a favor,” she says with a serious look on her face. Seemingly happy to help, Adam nods and responds, “Anything.” Sally pauses, then tells him, “This could be a matter of life or death.” Just how big of a favor is she asking of Adam? Does it have anything to do with the baby she and Billy (Jason Thompson) are expecting?
Nate (Sean Dominic) and Stephanie (Vivica A. Fox) started to grow closer as she supported his decision to undergo surgery on his hand in the hopes of returning to his medical career, and the two shared a kiss. Now, Nate and Stephanie are locking lips again as they slow dance together in his apartment. Pulling away and looking at her smiling face, Nate admits, “Whatever this is, it feels real.”
Kyle (Michael Mealor) lets himself into a room at the Riverbank Motel to find that all the lights are out. But as he reaches for the switch on the wall, he hears Victoria’s (Amelia Heinle) voice call out, “Don’t.” With a slight smile on his face, Kyle turns his gaze towards the bathroom where he sees Victoria silhouetted in the doorway. Their one-off dalliance in the Jabot office has already blossomed into an ongoing affair, but could there be something genuine building between Kyle and Victoria?
