The Young and the Restless Spoilers Video: ‘What the Hell Are You up To?’

Comments

The Young and Restless spoilers video for the week of May 18 previews tensions rising in Genoa City and beyond. Kicking things off, Devon (Bryton James) pays a visit to Mariah (Camryn Grimes) as she receives treatment for her PTSD. He’s still upset that she received no jail time for kidnapping his and Abby’s (Melissa Ordway) son, so this visit is unlikely to be a social call. “This is for you,” Devon announces as he slides an envelope across the table towards a wary Mariah. What could be inside?

The Best Laid Plans

Daniel (Michael Graziadei) takes a seat next to Christine (Lauralee Bell) at the GCAC bar, and from the expression on his face, she can tell immediately that there’s a problem. “Is something wrong?“ she asks her new stepson. Sighing, Daniel replies, “Well, I hope not,” before adding, “Have you heard from my dad?” Why has Danny (Michael Damian) gone radio silent? Is he just busy, or could he be in some kind of trouble?

Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) hired Michael (Christian LeBlanc) to defend her and Summers Conglomerate against Victor’s (Eric Braeden) attempt to take his company back, but given the attorney’s longstanding bond with the Newman patriarch, this was never going to work in her favor. “You’re fired,” Phyllis informs the lawyer. Michael sighs and snarks, “Again?” Amping up her performance, she asserts, “Your services are no longer required.” Having known Phyllis for years, Michael knows when his friend is deflecting. “What the hell are you up to?” he wonders.

Jack (Peter Bergman) is still furious at Victor for using Patty (Stacy Haiduk) to destroy his marriage to Diane (Susan Walters). But now it looks like he’s considering turning that weapon against his rival, much to Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) concern. “You’re not still planning on using Patty to go after Victor, are you?” he asks his father. Just how far will Jack go to take revenge on Victor?
