The Top 5 Stories to Watch on General Hospital, Young and Restless, B&B, DAYS, and BTG the Week of February 9
The Week of February 9 is going to be a big one for twists and turns, and here are the top stories from General Hospital, Young and Restless, Bold and Beautiful, Days of Our Lives and Beyond the Gates that fans are not going to want to miss!
Beyond the Gates

This is going to be a big week for Dani (Karla Mosley) as her past continues to affect her future. First, the BTG teasers preview that she and Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett) have a discussion about their daughter, which leads to her ex butting heads with her new husband, Andre (Sean Freeman). Ever since this soap premiered in February 2025, Dani has been trying to put Bill behind her, but it’s proven easier said than done. Is she fighting a losing battle? Then, at the end of the week, Dani makes her big return to the modeling world, but one reporter could spoil her big comeback. Should she try to embrace the past or forge ahead in an entirely new direction?
Bold and Beautiful

Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) is usually the one officiating the weddings, but this week, he’s once again the groom. The last time he attempted to tie the knot was with Paris (Diamond White), but they never got to say, “I do” because Quinn (Rena Sofer) interrupted the wedding to declare she was now single, and Carter ran off with her instead. Unfortunately, Quinn later dumped him, and his more recent engagement to Hope (Annika Noelle) ended when she left him for Liam (Scott Clifton). Now, Carter thinks he’s found true love with Daphne (Murielle Hilaire), and according to the B&B teasers, their wedding kicks off on Wednesday, February 11. However, many fans are convinced that Daphne is hiding some kind of big secret from her husband-to-be, so Carter probably shouldn’t expect to live happily ever after!
Days of Our Lives

While Salem is celebrating Valentine’s Day this week, there’s also going to be some sadness as Chad (Billy Flynn) prepares to leave town. While DAYS reports that this is not Flynn’s last episode, the soap is setting the table for his final farewell before Conner Floyd takes over the role in April. Chad’s life has been falling apart lately, as his feelings for Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) have caused a rift between him and his son, Thomas (Cary Christopher). Can he set things right before he says good-bye, or will it take some time away from Salem to help him make a fresh start?
General Hospital

As previously reported, Kirsten Storms will be back on GH on Thursday, February 12, and fans have been eagerly awaiting this week as they look forward to seeing Maxie back on screen again. After falling into a coma, Maxie has been recuperating in a long-term care facility in Boston since August 2025, and boy, has she missed quite a bit over the past six months! Most importantly, her husband, Nathan (Ryan Paevey), has returned from the dead, and in Maxie’s absence, has fallen for her best friend, Lulu (Alexa Havins)! This long-awaited return promises to shake up Port Charles in a big way, and viewers aren’t going to want to miss a moment!
Young and Restless

The vets have long been a source of endless drama for Y&R, and this week’s spoilers video previews another emotional conversation between Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Jack (Peter Bergman). As she opens up about her issues with her husband, Victor’s (Eric Braeden), latest scheme, Jack is happy to offer his ex-wife a shoulder to lean on. Of course, that doesn’t make his current wife, Diane (Susan Walters), particularly happy when she spies them in a close moment. She’s made it clear to Jack that she doesn’t appreciate his continued bond with Nikki, so might this be the straw that breaks the camel’s back? Amidst all the corporate wheeling and dealing and AI programs, it’s nice to be reminded that genuine emotional conflict is the true core of every soap opera.
