General Hospital Spoilers Video: ‘I’ve Gotta Say, Michael, I Like My Chances’
The General Hospital spoilers video for Wednesday, July 29, previews Port Charles reacting to Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) surprising recovery in a variety of ways.
A New Lease on Life
Nina (Cynthia Watros) is grateful for Jack’s (Chris McKenna) help in procuring the evidence that they’re using to keep Drew in line rather than expose that Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) shot and drugged him. But it sounds like Jack feels like he fell down on the job. “If there’s anyone to blame for this,” he tells Nina, “I think it’s me.”
Trina (Tabyana Ali) was stunned to hear that Drew had recovered from his locked-in state, and when she passes the news along to Kai (Jens Austin Astrup), he is understandably baffled by why Willow hasn’t been arrested. “Why wouldn’t Drew go straight to the police?” he wonders. Will Kai and Trina poke around for answers or steer well clear of the whole sticky situation?
At the hospital, Felicia (Kristina Wagner) looks delighted while Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) appears stunned, asking, “How is this possible?” Are they reacting to Drew’s miraculous recovery from his locked-in state? And if so, how does he plan on explaining it, since he’s agreed not to implicate Willow?
Now that she’s made a deal with Drew that neither of them will expose each other’s crimes, Willow is feeling more confident than ever. “I’ve gotta say, Michael [Rory Gibson],” she gloats. “I really like my chances.” Is she preparing for another battle in court, this time hoping to win full custody of their children?
Over at the Quartermaine mansion, Tracy (Jane Elliot) might be pleased that Drew is finally on the mend, but that’s where she draws the line. “Drew on this property?” she tells Olivia (Lisa LoCicero), Ned (Wally Kurth) and Danny (Asher Antonyzyn). “Not happening.”
Drew is eager to make up for lost time now that he’s back to his old self, and it doesn’t appear that his experience has changed him one bit. In Alexis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) living room, he asks someone, “Is that a threat?”
