Days of our Lives Spoilers Promo Video: ‘To Our New Beginning — So Long, Salem’
They Grow Up So Fast
The action in this Days of Our Lives spoilers video preview for the week of June 16 opens with a homecoming for the Greene family. “What are you doing here?” Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) squeals at the sight of her younger brother, Aaron (Louis Tomeo). “Tomorrow’s graduation,” he tells her, like it’s the most obvious thing in the world. Elsewhere, Holly (Ashley Puzemis) is talking about it too. “I started looking at universities in Europe,” she tells Tate (Leo Howard) while the two are speaking in Horton Town Square. Later, when both Holly and Tate are in their graduation gowns at their high school, Tate reveals, “I only applied to Salem U.” A record scratch is heard as Sophia (Rachel Boyd), also in her graduation gown, announces in a frightened tone, “I think I’m in labor!”
There’s a Surprise
At The Bistro, Abe (James Reynolds) and Paulina (Jackée Harry) are dining with her daughter, Chanel (Raven Bowens). “Try this cocktail in honor of Juneteenth,” Paulina tells Chanel as she pushes her drink towards her. Abe lifts his glass as he says, “That deserves a toast.” Paulina chimes in, “Indeed it does,” as all three clink their glasses.
Shocking Reveals
At University Hospital, Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) is finally awake and talking — but his words take Belle (Martha Madison) by surprise. “It wasn’t Xander. He didn’t attack me,” he tells her. A disbelieving Belle shoots back, “Why are you covering for him?” Belle knows that Xander (Paul Telfer) is the prime suspect — actually the only suspect.
At her townhome, Marlena (Deidre Hall) is watching over Rachel (Alice Halsey), who is sleeping on the couch, when the young girl suddenly starts talking in her sleep. “No, don’t shoot him,” Rachel blurts out, catching Marlena’s attention.
More Goodbyes
Bo (Peter Reckell) and Hope (Kristian Alfonso) are enjoying time together in bed, kissing, snuggling on the couch and simply savoring their moments in the Horton home. “To our new beginning — so long, Salem,” he says, kissing Hope while the two are in Horton Town Square. “Until next time,” Hope is heard saying as the two walk away.
