Daytime Emmy Award

Kate Mansi

California native Kate Mansi studied film and public relations at Pepperdine University and made her television debut on How I Met Your Mother in 2008. She first charmed daytime audiences when she was tapped to play Abigail Devereaux on Days of Our Lives in 2011. Her character’s romance with Chad DiMera was a hit with fans, and Mansi took home the Outstanding Supporting Actress prize at the 2017 Daytime Emmy Awards for her performance of Abby’s mental breakdown. After parting ways with the NBC soap in 2016, Mansi reprised Abby for a short run in 2018 (a stint that earned her another Daytime Emmy nomination, this time as Outstanding Guest Performer) before returning again in 2019.

After exiting DAYS for good in 2020, Mansi starred in the family drama Casa Grande and in the romantic comedy The Office Mix-Up before daytime came calling once more. In 2023, she took over the role of General Hospital’s Kristina Corinthos-Davis, the headstrong and impulsive daughter of Sonny Corinthos and Alexis Davis. An outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, and retreating to her family’s mountain cabin whenever possible. The actress and her husband, producer Matt McInnis, live in Los Angeles with their beloved pup, Stanley.
