Peter Bergman (Jack, Y&R)
“My favorite would probably be Jack and Phyllis, two of the least likely characters to find each other, falling in love. No one expected it ... and everyone loved it. Some really fun days with Michelle Stafford [Phyllis].”
Mary Beth Evans (Kayla, DAYS)
“Emily and Gideon, because [Stephen Nichols, Steve, and I[ got to replay the love story, go on location to Charleston and wear costumes. It was fun."
Eric
Martsolf (Brady, DAYS) “Brady’s addic- tion, when he was at the height of his addiction to cocaine and alcohol. It was
a beautiful and hard story to tell. I’d been waiting for that acting ve- hicle in the genre for a long time. When they finally gave it to me, I was extremely happy.”
Jon Lindstrom (Kevin/Ryan, GH)
"That's a toughie, but I think I have to go with the last couple years of Kevin/Ryan. Ryan fooling Laura, chasing Ava, trying to run to Canada, Kevin getting out and conspiring with Ava to take Ryan down. Kevin having to admit everything to Laura and rebuild their marriage. Kevin tricking Ryan into giving up a kidney. For me, it was a great story. Really proud of all of it."
Parry Shen (Brad, GH)
"Although I had so much fun having Brad make Michael squirm by suggesting an indecent proposal — by far, the baby-swap storyline had so much for me to play with and every acting piston was firing. There was a secrecy aspect with Julian and Britt, the guilt with Willow and Lucas, the love and joy with Wiley, the confrontations with Dr. Obrecht, Shiloh, Nelle (and Julian!) — and then leading got the ultimate breakdown of it all at the Corinthos house. So very fortunate to have been a cog in that epic and sweeping story."
