The Young and the Restless: After Stabbing Jack, Patty Makes Her Most Diabolical Move Yet!

Comments

On The Young and the Restless, Patty’s (Stacy Haiduk) kidnapping scheme didn’t pan out, but her reign of terror is far from over! She stabbed Jack (Peter Bergman) last week — and now she is attempting to frame her rival, Diane (Susan Walters), for the crime!

The Blame Game

Kyle (Michael Mealor) was able to rescue his mother from the home of Dr. Laurence Markham (Jere Burns), where she had been held prisoner, but their triumph was short-lived when they returned home to the Abbott mansion to find Jack bleeding out on the dining room floor after being stabbed!

The police and paramedics quickly arrived, and Kyle filled Detective Burrow (Matt Cohen) in on how he rescued his mother from Markham and feared Patty could still be in the house. When the cops found Patty upstairs, covered in blood, she claimed that Diane had attacked her and Jack.

Diane was furious that Patty had the nerve to try and pin Jack’s stabbing on her, and the two women sniped at each other until Burrow declared that no one was going anywhere until they got some answers.

Given that Kyle was with his mother from the time they left Markham’s house until they discovered Jack on the floor, it seems like it would be quite difficult for Patty to convince the police that Diane was responsible for the crime. After all, Patty’s history of violence makes a likelier suspect than Jack’s own wife — but it also makes her that much more dangerous if she feels the walls closing in on her.

Can she find a way to spin things to make Diane go down for stabbing Jack? And if not, what might Patty do then — and to whom?
