Serena (Kelly Kruger) may have convinced Lucy (Lynn Herring) that seducing Michael (Rory Gibson) wasn’t the way to get their hands on his shares of Deception, but that doesn’t stop her from flirting with him when he shows up at the Metro Court Pool. As Michael interrupts her sunbathing wearing a business suit, Serena teases, “Feel free to take off your shirt and get comfy, too.”
Sitting at a table by the pool, Ava (Maura West) tries to explain to Nina (Cynthia Watros) why she’s currently in league with Drew (Cameron Mathison), of all people. “Let’s just say necessity makes for strange bedfellows,” Ava tells her friend. How will Nina feel about Ava’s decision to get mixed up with Drew?
Jack (Chris McKenna) enters Carly’s (Laura Wright) office at the Metro Court Hotel and declares, “Looks like I got here just in time.” What scene might he be interrupting?
At the Metro Court Gardens, Drew asks Martin (Michael E. Knight) to procure something for him, and the attorney immediately has questions. “Why do you want it?” Martin asks. “And on whom do you plan to use it?” Is this part of Drew’s plan to have Ava distract Jack so he can search the WSB Chief’s hotel room?
Now that she’s living on the Quartermaine estate again, it’s only natural that Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) would encounter Chase (Josh Swickard) down by the lake. As the exes talk in the boathouse, she opens up about what she’s been going through lately, and he inquires, “Who’s making you feel that way?” Knowing how far Chase is willing to go to help her, might Willow point him in the direction of one of her enemies?
