Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) is heartbroken after he learned that Charlotte’s (Bluesy Burke) parents were shipping her off to boarding school, and now Jason (Steve Burton) steps in to try to prevent his son from doing something rash in response. “The best thing you can do for her is say no,” Jason declares.
Lucas (Van Hansis) was curious about how serious Carly’s (Laura Wright) relationship with Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) has gotten, so he asked his sister if she is in love with the guy. And while it appears Carly is having a little trouble putting her feelings into words, Lucas is not going to let the matter drop so esaily. “Answer the question and remove all doubt,” he urges her.
Although they’re at work, Jordan’s (Tanisha Harper) conversation with Michael (Rory Gibson) turns to her sister, Monet (Blythe Howard), who recently popped up in Port Charles. And the tense relationship between the siblings doesn’t look like it’s going to improve anytime soon. “Five minutes with my sister made me realize just how foolish that is,” Jordan laments.
Now working for Davis & Miller, Monet already has one client as she handles Chase’s (Josh Swickard) separation from Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton). But she’s already after another as she shows up at the hospital to visit Curtis (Donnell Turner), who is recovering after being badly beaten while serving time in Pentonville. “You are certainly in need of my expertise,” Monet announces to the patient and potential client.
With Curtis reporting that the ringleader of the prison attack claimed Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) was behind it, Ric (Rick Hearst) recalls his brother sending an associate to Pentonville with a message, and wants clarity. “What did you send Vito to Pentonville to do?” Ric asks Sonny point-blank. We know Sonny wanted Vito to deliver a message to Sidwell (Carlo Rota), but did he really intend for both Curtis and Sidwell to get so badly beaten?
