Days of our Lives Spoilers Promo Video: ‘Then Things Are Going to Get Complicated’

The action in this Days of Our Lives spoilers video preview for the week of July 14 opens in the courtroom as EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) sits back and says to District Attorney Belle Black (Martha Madison), “The key to exonerating my son is simply recording what happened.” Belle, who also happens to be both his girlfriend and the defendant’s aunt, surprises him when she replies, “I have an idea that might help.”

A Wife Stakes Her Claim

Gwen (Emily O’Brien) sits back in a chair at the DiMera mansion. Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) is there with her, and as the two enjoy a drink, Kristen says, “I assumed that Dimitri would have divorced you after he got out of prison.” Gwen is quick to counter her assumption as she calmly explains, ‘Nope, I’m still a Von Leuschner.”

A Mother Fights Back

Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) turns up at Titan to confront her estranged husband, Xander (Paul Telfer), after she learns he has taken their daughter Victoria from the Kiriakis mansion. “I’m not going to let you control us like this,” she warns Xander. “That’s going to end up being the worst mistake you ever make,” he snaps back. “Is that a threat?” Sarah asks pointedly.

And A Kidnapping May Change Everything

Holly (Ashley Puzemis) and Ari (Marissa Reyes) are violently thrown into a locked storage room. They find out why they have been taken — because Doug (Peyton Meyer) still hasn’t paid back the loan shark and owes him a big wad of cash. Holly asks, “What if he doesn’t have the money?” A masked Richie (Michael Masini) answers back in a threatening tone, “Then things are going to get complicated.” Will anyone be able to save the teenage girls from paying the price for Doug’s bad judgment?
