Cameron Mathison (ex-Ryan, AMC) is set to replace Mark Steines as co-host on Hallmark Channel’s lifestyle series, HOME & FAMILY, alongside Debbie Matenopoulos. The actor has been an occasional guest co-host since 2013. Mathison will take on full co-hosting responsibilities when the show’s seventh season launches this September. HOME & FAMILY airs weekdays at 10 a.m.
