Bold and Beautiful Spoilers Video: ‘Why? Why Did You Save Her?’
Things are getting complicated — and downright dangerous — in the Bold and Beautiful spoilers video for the week of August 11. Nick (Jack Wagner) isn’t giving up on Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) even as Taylor (Rebecca Budig) stakes her claim on Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) demands answers about Luna (Lisa Yamada) from Li (Naomi Matsuda), and learning the truth about Liam’s (Scott Clifton) brain tumor, Bill (Don Diamont) vows revenge!
Four’s a Crowd
Brooke came back from Italy with her mission accomplished: After Ridge rescued her from drowning, he promised to never let her go again. However, despite his proposal being interrupted by their boating accident and her near-death experience, Nick isn’t quite ready to call it quits yet. Brooke is stunned into silence when Nick visits her at the Forrester offices to produce a diamond engagement ring. “See, it’s not over for us,” he declares, “because I love you, Brooke.” Will she let him down easy?
Meanwhile, Taylor had hoped that Nick would take Brooke out of the picture during their jaunt to Europe, and is unaware of her fiancé’s actions during the trip. “She has a future, but it’s not with you,” Taylor says of her longtime rival. “Because I am not taking off this ring.” Ridge frowns as she shows off the jewelry she finally got him to put on her finger. How long before he reveals the truth about what happened between him and Brooke?
Questions and Answers
Sheila simply wanted to pay her respects to her granddaughter and couldn’t understand why Li was so cagey and refused to reveal where Luna had been laid to rest. But she got the shock of her life when she followed Li home and discovered that Luna wasn’t dead after all, and the doctor was actually attempting to nurse her back to health!
“Why?” Sheila asks, stunned. “Why did you save her?” Given that Li wasn’t shy about voicing her feelings for Finn’s daughter as Luna went off the rails and started killing people, it’s a valid question. Does Li think that Luna can still be redeemed?
Payback
Still reeling from Grace’s confession that she had lied about Liam having a brain tumor to extort a million dollars out of his father to pay for a fake experimental surgery, Liam and Hope share the news with Bill himself. Bill’s jaw drops as they share the details of how she pulled off her scam to get the money to pay off the dangerous loan sharks. “She prescribed meds that mimicked those symptoms,” Liam explains to his father.
As he processes the pain that Dr. Buckingham put all of them through, Bill hisses: “Bitch is gonna pay!” Finn has already taken Grace off to the police, but will a prison sentence be enough to satisfy Bill’s thirst for revenge?
