“With hair, you can look around and have conversations but with makeup, it’s hard because you’re trying not to blink or move too much. So, when I’m getting my hair done, I’ll play with my phone or go over lines and talk. When I’m getting my makeup done, I zone out completely.”

“Memorize my lines, eat — usually both at the same time! And text; I save my texts and emails. I was also working on my script and story for THE CHRONICLE MYSTERIES, my new mystery series for Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. My makeup artist, Deidre, who I have known since I was 15 years old, almost daily wanted to take my phone and throw it out of the room because it makes her job very difficult. But we have fun together. She’s awesome!”
