What Does the Future Hold?
At a Winters family gathering in Lily’s (Christel Khalil) apartment, Devon (Bryton James) has something he’s bursting to tell her and Nate (Sean Dominic). Abby (Melissa Ordway) stands by her husband’s side, also looking very excited. “I have something to tell you guys,” Devon declares. “Something to tell you guys that’s gonna change your lives.” Lily exchanges a look with Nate as they await the big news. What could it be?
Nick (Joshua Morrow) fell off the wagon hard and landed in a shabby motel room. But he’s also got some unwelcome company, a woman named Marie Kirkland (Jade Harlow). “I came here to be alone,” he grumbles. Sitting on the bed, Marie smiles at him and doesn’t seem in any hurry to go anywhere. “That’s no fun,” she replies. “Why don’t you just relax? Who knows? We could be having the time of our lives.” Will Marie drag Nick even further down the road to ruin?
Since Nick’s relapse, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) has been worried about her brother. Sitting at a table on the Crimson Lights patio, she cries as Kyle (Michael Mealor) gives her a comforting hug. After gently rubbing her back, Kyle pulls away, but as they sit with their faces just inches apart, there’s a noticeable tension in the air. Will Kyle and Victoria share a kiss? And how will Claire (Hayley Erin) react to learn that her ex has developed feelings for her mother?
