The General Hospital spoilers video for the week of September 21 previews a stunning betrayal, a secret exposed, and a violent threat!
Walking Into a Minefield
With Nina (Cynthia Watros) in WSB custody, accused of being behind the disappearance and possible murder of Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna), Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is desperate to help set her mother free. Ava (Maura West) sits down with the congresswoman at the Metro Court Gardens to offer her a sliver of hope. “If Nina is being framed,” Ava confides, “I may know by whom.” Is Ava planning to turn on her partner-in-crime, Drew (Cameron Mathison), or will she throw somebody else under the bus?
Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Justine (Nazneen Contractor) have been extremely careful to keep their romance under wraps by meeting in the apartment above Charlie’s Pub for their liaisons. But now, Justine informs her lover, “Our secret’s out.” The following shot appears to show someone spying on Sonny and Justine making out in a dark location, clearly believing that they are safely alone.
Next, we hear Ava’s voice angrily spitting: “He has to go down!” But is she talking about Drew, or is this about her renewed animosity with Sonny? After she finishes her declaration, we see Sonny tell Ric (Rick Hearst), “Let ’em try.” Is Sonny ready for whatever attack comes his way next?
In Pentonville, Curtis (Donnell Turner) is discovering just how dangerous having Sidwell (Carlo Rota) for a cellmate can be. While sitting outside, Curtis is approached by another inmate who casually suggests, “Find a reason not to be in your cell after lunch.” We then see that prisoner, followed by two others, entering the cell where Sidwell is holding a book. As they encircle him, Sidwell eyes the men warily. Will Curtis come to his aid or leave Sidwell to deal with this threat on his own?
