Confession Is Good for the Soul
Gio (Giovanni Mazza) is having drinks in the Quartermaine kitchen with Emma (Braedyn Bruner) when he decides to come clean with Tracy (Jane Elliot). “You deserve to know the truth,” he says. Confused, Tracy asks, “The truth about what?” Is he going to reveal that he’s decided he’s moving out of Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) since his grandfather is suspected of ordering the attack that put Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Curtis (Donnell Turner) in the hospital?
At G.H., the topic of the Pentonville assault comes up as Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) talks with Lucas (Van Hansis). “Do you believe Sonny was behind it?” she asks him. Lucas has never been Sonny’s biggest fan, but does he think the guy is guilty of this particular crime?
Rocco (Finn Carr) is with Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) at Volonino’s, where it appears Dante is offering his son some boxing tips following his fight with Danny (Asher Antonyzyn). But as they’re talking, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) interrupts her own workout to approach and inquire: “Did I just hear that right?” What did she overhear?
Scout (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) tries talking to Danny to smooth things over between him and Rocco, but he doesn’t seem interested in making peace with his honorary brother. “Why do you care if Rocco and I are friends or not?” he asks, irritated.
Lulu (Alexa Havins) has already interviewed Sidwell, and whatever story he told her about Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) has the reporter sitting down with Drew (Cameron Mathison) at Bad Jen Cafe to get his side of things. “I think it’s time we reframe the narrative and put the spotlight where it belongs,” she suggests. Drew had agreed to a truce with Willow, but will he break it to expose her crimes?
Carly (Laura Wright) turns to Anna (Finola Hughes) to request a favor, but is quickly shut down. “I absolutely cannot do that,” Anna flatly responds. What is Carly asking her to do, and is there any way she can change her mind?
