The Mystery Deepens
Josslyn (Eden McCoy) found Jack’s (Chris McKenna) disappearance suspicious and immediately alerted the WSB to the situation. “The evidence suggests foul play is possible,” she insists to another WSB superior. The agency may take Josslyn’s concerns seriously, but would they let the rookie agent investigate herself?
Ava (Maura West) knows that she gave Jack the sleeping pill that could have led to his death, but also that she got the drug from Drew (Cameron Mathison). So she warns her partner-in-crime that they are stuck together no matter what. “If I go down for Brennan’s death,” she warns, “so do you.”
Having updated Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) on Jack’s vanishing act and his room at the hotel being searched, Carly (Laura Wright) is stunned by his theory. “You think Jack set this whole thing up?” she asks, aghast.
Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Justine (Nazneen Contractor) get together in the apartment above Charlie’s again, and talk turns to Donna (Scarlett Spears) sending her an invite to the Corinthos family barbecue. “Clearly, we’ve been sending her mixed signals,” Justine notes. But if Donna can tell how Sonny feels about Justine, how much longer can they keep their relationship a secret from everyone else?
Jason (Steve Burton) tells someone, “You have any idea how lucky you are?” He’s likely chastising Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) for borrowing Chase’s truck without permission and damaging the vehicle, since the teen is keeping the fact that he and Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) discovered Jack’s dead body a secret.
