General Hospital Recap: Sidwell Corners Willow, ‘Nathan’ Reveals Rocco and Britt’s Location
Demands and decisions were at the forefront of the Monday, June 22, episode of General Hospital. Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Lucy (Lynn Herring) took the first step in their plan to frame Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) while Sidwell (Carlo Rota) demanded the Congresswoman let him hide at the Cane home, Chase (Josh Swickard) made a career choice, Cassius (Ryan Paevey) made a stipulation before sharing important information with Lulu (Alexa Havins) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), Trina (Tabyana Ali) went no-contact with Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Portia (Brook Kerr), and Ava (Maura West) brokered a favor with Ethan (Nathan Dean). Here’s everything that happened.
Frame It
At the PCPD, Lucy gave a statement to Det. Fitzpatrick, claiming that she had seen Willow at the Quartermaine house the night of Jordan and Curtis’s car accident — which meant that Willow would also have been on Route 91 around the same time as the crash. Lucy dropped the breadcrumb that Willow often got emotional while visiting her children at the Quartermaines due to her contentious relationship with her ex, Michael, and suggested that because of Willow’s prior scandal (being accused of shooting her husband), she would have been inclined to cover it up if she left the scene of an accident.

When Joe questioned why Lucy was coming forward months after the fact, she contended that she only recently made the connection that she and Willow had both been at the Quartermaine estate that night. After Lucy left, Joe began investigating whether Willow had an alibi for the night of the car crash.
Meanwhile, as Brook Lynn and Chase spent time with Phoebe, Brook Lynn told her husband that she hoped he and her grandmother could get back on speaking terms. Willing to give Tracy the benefit of the doubt, Chase acknowledged that he understood where she’d been coming from in wanting to protect Brook Lynn. Then Chase informed his relieved wife that he was declining Willow’s job offer to be her chief of staff because he wanted to sit for the detective’s exam again once Phoebe was older.

After Chase left to break the news to Willow, Lucy arrived and updated Brook Lynn that everything went according to plan with Det. Fitzpatrick. Brook Lynn lamented that she wished she didn’t have to pin the accident on Willow to get her away from Chase but said she was grateful for Lucy’s help. Considering she’d lied to the police, Lucy wondered how Brook Lynn would compensate her.
Hide and Seek
Willow freaked out when Sidwell showed up at her and Drew’s house, wanting to hide out there for a few days. Jenz insisted that the authorities would never think to search for him at a Congresswoman’s home. He explained that he was sticking close to town because he’d spent too many years working on his cold fusion project to let his partner reap the benefits solo, and he also needed to find out who’d really killed his son (since he believed he’d been manipulated by Sonny and Laura into thinking it was Pascal).
Willow refused to let Jenz hide there, but when she tried to call the police, he threatened to take her down with him if she turned him in. As Drew observed the back-and-forth between the two, Sidwell offered to give Willow an endless supply of the paralytic, potentially keeping Drew locked in forever, in exchange for her cooperation.

Just then, Chase knocked on the door, forcing Willow to decide about Sidwell. Once Willow finally welcomed Chase into the empty living room, she was stunned when he told her he was turning down her job offer.
Round and Round
“Nathan” informed Dante and Lulu that Rocco and Britt were on the island of Tortola, confirming what the two already knew about their son being in the British Virgin Islands. But when “Nathan” refused to reveal his source, Dante accused him of trying to help his sister run further away. Lulu jumped in with the Britt-bashing, and she and Dante questioned if “Nathan” had helped Britt kidnap their son.

Pointing out that Rocco had gone with Britt willingly, “Nathan” reminded them that he’d left his sister bleeding on the ground the night of Cullum’s shooting in order to protect their son. The argument between the three went around in circles, and Lulu finally begged “Nathan” for Rocco’s exact location. Making them promise that they wouldn’t turn Britt in, Cassius gave them the street address where Rocco and Britt had been as of that afternoon.
Parental Control
Portia and Curtis apologized to Trina for their actions at the baby shower and explained that they’d agreed to be civil moving forward. Although she appreciated that they’d managed to compromise, Trina laid down the law with her parents, explaining that she’d realized it wasn’t her job to fix their relationship. Trina told Curtis and Portia that she needed distance from them to focus on her dreams or she’d always regret not making an effort with the musical showcase. Trina promised she’d reach out to them when she was ready, but in the meantime, she wanted to know when the baby arrived. After telling them she loved them, Trina left. Shaken by the conversation with their daughter, Portia and Curtis vowed to do better with the baby.

Beauty and the Beast
Ethan went to the Jerome Gallery to escort Ava to see Sonny. Ava correctly guessed that Sonny wanted info on Sidwell and cackled that if she was going to keep quiet about Ethan being Phoebe’s father and go with him to Sonny’s, she expected Ethan to run interference between her and Sonny the next time Avery’s dad got pushy. Then, grabbing her purse, Ava sauntered out of the gallery, flirtatiously turning around to ask Ethan if he was going with her.

Do you think a hook-up between Ava and Ethan is on the way? Were you surprised that Sidwell expects Willow to harbor him? Will Dante and Lulu break their promise to “Nathan” and turn Britt in? Let us know what you think will happen next on GH in the comments below!
