New York native Roger Howarth, who joined the cast of Young and Restless in October 2025 as Matt Clark/Mitch Bacall, became a breakout star as Todd Manning on One Life to Live after short runs on Loving and Guiding Light. He won the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Younger Actor in 1994 and two Soap Opera Digest Awards for his work as Todd, a role he played from 1992-95, 1996-98 and 2000-03 before he jumped to As the World Turns to portray Paul Ryan from 2003-10. He returned to OLTL for its final months (2011-12) and for its short-lived 2013 online reboot. In 2012, he joined the cast of General Hospital, first as Todd. From 2013-21, he appeared on the show as Franco Baldwin, and from 2021-23, he played Austin Gatlin-Holt.
