New York native Agim Kaba moved with his family to Florida when he was about 7 years old. A week after graduating from high school, he returned to New York to play soccer for St. John's University. There, he majored in business then switched to fine arts.

A broken foot may have ended his soccer career, but Kaba caught the eye of a modeling scout and landed some prominent campaigns. Soon after, his modeling launched an acting career; he soon joined ATWT, which was his first job on TV.

During his initial stint on ATWT, Kaba's character was involved in a love triangle between Lucy and Alison, and in 2004, Kaba was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for Younger Actor.

However, when his contract was up in 2005, he exited the show to seek other acting opportunities. Over the next couple of years, he appeared on the prime-time series CHARMED and CSI: NY, and had roles in several indie movies, including Haunted Forest. He returned to ATWT after having a talk with Executive Producer Chris Goutman about coming back.

This time around at ATWT, Kaba's Aaron has been involved in another love triangle with Alison and Chris.

— Is Albanian; his first name means "sunrise" in that language.
— In 2002 was part of a Guess modeling campaign in Maui, HI.
— Dated Elizabeth Hendrickson (Chloe, Y&R; ex-Maggie, AMC) for more than a year.
