Lucas Adams (Noah)
Jill Johnson/jpistudios.com Lucas Adams married his former Liv & Maddie co-star Shelby Wulfert on October 15, 2022, after he popped the question to his longtime girlfriend in July 2021 at her family’s cabin in Lake Tahoe with a family heirloom. “My grandfather gave me a diamond of my grandmother’s,” Adams shared with Soap Opera Digest at the time.
The couple welcomed their first child, Alonzo Brentley, on February 4, 2026.

Lauralee Bell (Christine)
Jill Johnson/jpistudios.com Lauralee Bell has been happily married to photographer Scott Martin since October 4, 1997, and the pair shares two children, son Christian, 25, and daughter Samantha, 23. But their love story dates all the way back to their days as 8th graders in their native Chicago, IL, which is when they first met.
Though they never dated, Bell never forgot about Martin, and impulsively invited him to fly to L.A. to be her date to the 1995 Soap Opera Digest Awards. He accepted, and a long-distance relationship followed for six months until Martin moved to California to be closer to Bell. He proposed on New Year's Eve the following year. "He saw me at my most awkward stage in life and married me anyway!” Bell exclaimed to Digest in 2017. -
Michael Damian (Danny)
Jill Johnson/jpistudios.com Attending an an Osmond Children’s Miracle Network telethon in 1983 wound up changing Michael Damian's life forever, as it is there that he met his wife and producing partner, Janeen, with whom he tied the knot on June 18, 1998.
In 2019, Damian shared the secret to his happy union with Digest: "Communication and respect. And don’t take the other person for granted." -
Eileen Davidson (Ashley)
Howard Wise/jpistudios.com Sparks flew for Eileen Davidson and Vince Van Patten when he was cast to play Christian on Y&R in 2000. The actress had returned to the show the prior year after a 12-year absence and marveled to Digest in 2022, "In retrospect, clearly, it makes perfect sense. I mean, if that’s the only reason I came back, was to meet Vincent and have my son and my two incredible, bonus stepsons — it’s everything!”
The couple wed on April 15, 2003 and in addition to Van Patten's sons from a previous marriage (Duke and Vinny), they share a son, Jesse, who turns 23 in May. -
Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea)

In 2019, Egan raved to Digest of her husband, "I'm a lucky chick. He’s the smartest, most loyal, most wonderful guy. He’s the most thoughtful person I’ve ever met in my life. He’s confident, so he doesn’t get insecure by me getting all of the attention or me making out with a bunch of random dudes [on Y&R]. He just wants me to be happy and he’s my No. 1 fan, which feels really great. He’s the best!” -
Hayley Erin (Claire)
Jeffrey Mayer/JTMPhotos, Int'l./MEGA Hayley Erin became close pals with Matt Cohen (Detective Burrow) when they were playing Kiki and Griffin on General Hospital — and the connection changed the course of her life, as it was Cohen who introduced Erin to her actor husband, Adam Fergus.
Fergus and Erin tied the knot in 2020 and in August of the following year, they became parents twice over, welcoming baby girls Juno and Maude. When Y&R summoned her to play Claire, she and her family relocated back to the States from Fergus's native Ireland. "Thankfully, my husband Adam and I are both pretty adventurous," she smiled to Soaps in Depth in 2024. -
Cait Fairbanks (Tessa)

Billy Flynn (Cane)
Instagram/Billy Flynn On October 1, 2026, Billy Flynn will celebrate 10 years of marriage to his beautiful wife, Gina. They became an item in 2014, with Flynn confiding in Digest, "She’s very gorgeous and I always felt she was a little bit out of my league. Just before I started on DAYS [as Chad], I asked her out. I had a little bit of confidence at the moment. When you’re an actor, you can have a lot of insecurity and confidence issues. I wanted to have some balance in my life before I started seeing someone regularly."
The Flynns have since welcomed two sons (one in 2022 and one in 2023), whose names they have chosen to keep private. -
Michael Graziadei (Daniel)
Sonja Flemming/CBS In 2023, when Michael Graziadei proposed to Lauren Carey, his girlfriend of a decade, he went all out, asking his beloved to marry him during an appearance on The Talk. While appearing on the show to promote Y&R's 50th anniversary, he beckoned Carey to the stage. Then, he said, "I was thinking, you know, how there is no one on this earth that I would rather grow old and die with." As he dropped to one knee, he added, "So, I was wondering if you would marry me?"
Carey, of course, said yes. The duo has yet to tie the knot, but are happily raising their twin boys, Arlo and Oliver, who were born in August 2021. -
Camryn Grimes (Mariah)
Xavier Collin/Image Press Agency/MEGA Camryn Grimes's future husband, Brock Powell, made sure that her birthday was a memorable one in 2022 by asking her to marry him during her birthday bash. She chuckled to Digest, "I kind of blacked out. I mean, I remember the whole thing but watching the video back, everybody was making fun of me because the only thing that I was saying for a good five-to-10 minutes was, 'Oh, my God! Oh, my God!'”
Grimes and Powell postponed their wedding after discovering they were expecting their son, Bridger, who was born in 2023, but they said, "I do" in New Orleans on November 8, 2025, surrounded by an intimate group of family and close friends. -
Mark Grossman (Adam)

On her birthday in April the following year, the actor shared in an Instagram Story, “I don’t think I could find anyone more special. Love you, babe.” -
Christel Khalil (Lily)

The couple tied the knot in October 2024 with a destination wedding in Puglia, Italy and recently welcomed their second son, who joined big brothers Caden Michael (Khail's son from a previous marriage) and Remy, her first child with Restagno. -
Michael Mealor (Kyle)
Instagram/Michael Mealor Michael Mealor ended his 2022 on a high after slipping an engagement ring onto girlfriend Sasha's finger. "I love you more than you know!" he commented in her Instagram post showing off her beautiful ring. "You are my world and everything begins now!"
The Mealors' wedding took place on March 23, 2023, wed at the Stanly Ranch, Auberge Resorts Collection in Napa, California. -
Joshua Morrow (Nick)

"I told my wife on our first date that we would get married and she said, ‘Shut up!’" the actor recalled to Digest in 2022. "She then looked at me like I was some weirdo creep but I said, ‘It’s gonna happen.’ We had just met two days earlier."
Morrow made good on his prediction, and the duo wed on August 4, 2001. The Morrows have four children: sons Cooper, 23, Crew, 20 (who plays Will on The Bold and the Beautiful) and Cash, 18, and daughter Charlie, 13. -
Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki)
Howard Wise/jpistudios.com When Melody Thomas started seeing then-Y&R Producer Ed Scott, the couple kept their relationship under wraps — but they went public as a duo when they attended Doug Davidson's (ex-Paul) wedding together in 1984 and walked down the aisle themselves on October 12, 1985 at a hotel in Bel-Air, California.
In 2024, the spouses of 40 years were honored with Lifetime Achievement Awards at the Daytime Emmys. In her acceptance speech, an emotional Thomas Scott said, "I want to thank Edward and my beautiful family, who are here tonight. We are so blessed." The pair's brood includes his daughter from a previous marriage, Jennifer, her daughter from a previous relationship, Alexandra, and their daughter Elizabeth. -
Jason Thompson (Billy)
Instagram/Jason Thompson Jason Thompson and his wife, designer Paloma Jonas, got engaged in 2014 and said, "I do" on April 5, 2015. They soon expanded their family to include son Bowie, who turns 10 in May, and daughter Rome, 8.
Reflecting on the pair's destination wedding in Mexico to Digest in 2018, Thompson cited his favorite memory of the reception: "During the middle of the party, we snuck off and got reminiscent with each other and celebrated the fact that we had our friends and family celebrating with us. It’s a moment I’ll never forget." -
Susan Walters (Diane)
Howard Wise/jpistudios.com Susan Walters and Y&R alum Linden Ashby (ex-Cameron) met behind the scenes at the defunct soap Loving back in 1985 — and Walters immediately predicted that she would end up marrying him. Her instincts were correct, as by January of the following year, they were engaged.
The pair took the plunge on April 19, 1986, at the Children’s Chapel of St. Bartholomew’s in New York City. Walters winked to Digest in 2022, "When we were pronounced married, Linden kissed me and I swooned. I’m an actress, so I really sold it.” The couple raised two daughters, Grace, 35, and Savannah, 33, and are now grandparents to a little girl, Nora.
