OLTL Alum Nabs New Gig
Tika Sumpter (ex-Layla, ONE LIFE TO LIVE) has been cast in a pilot which will trace the early life of BLACK-ISH’s Rainbow (Tracee Ellis Ross). The show will get a backdoor pilot episode which will center on Rainbow’s younger years, with Sumpter playing her mother. Sumpter currently stars on THE HAVES AND HAVE NOTS on OWN.
