General Hospital’s Sawandi Wilson Expecting First Baby with Wife Anna
General Hospital star Sawandi Wilson (Isaiah Gannon) shared some exciting personal news on Memorial Day: He and his wife, Anna Eilinsfeld, are expecting their first baby! The new addition is due in August 2026.
Baby on Board
Wilson and Eilinsfeld, who tied the knot in December 2024, are already “pawrents” to their beloved fur baby, Brando, who moved across the country with the couple when the New York-based actor was cast on GH as Isaiah in August 2024. On Instagram, Eilinsfeld teased, “Brando has been an only child for long enough. 🐾 Baby on board — due August 2026.”
On his own Instagram, Wilson wrote, “📣Big news!!” and shared a video montage of the duo’s first year of marriage, with a sonogram of their baby-to-be and stills from their pregnancy announcement following snapshots from their Philadephia wedding. Brando was included in the pregnancy photo shoot, and he was appropriately dressed for the occasion — the images show him proudly decked out in a “Big Brother” bandana.
Wilson’s post was quickly “liked” by many of his GH co-stars, including his leading lady in the Port Charles universe, Brook Kerr (Portia). On the show, Portia is pregnant and Wilson’s character, Isaiah, has been a loving and devoted partner — but a paternity test confirmed that the baby she is carrying was fathered not by Isaiah but by her ex, Curtis (Donnell Turner). Tanisha Harper (Jordan), whose character used to be romantically linked to Wilson’s, commented on Eilinsfeld’s post, “I think Brando is ready for big brother duties!”

Bradford Anderson (Spinelli), Van Hansis (Lucas), Rick Hearst (Ric), Katelyn MacMullen (Willow), Carlo Rota (Sidwell), Josh Swickard (Chase) and Dominic Zamprogna (Dante) were among the other cast members who reacted to Wilson’s post, and The Bold and the Beautiful‘s Lawrence Saint-Victor (Carter) also offered his congratulations.
Wilson is the second GH actor to announce their wife’s pregnancy this year; in January, Swickard shared that he and wife Lauren were poised to welcome baby No. 3.
Soap Opera Digest shares its warmest congratulations to Wilson and Eilinsfeld as they expand their family. Check out the adorable announcement below!
