The General Hospital spoilers video for Wednesday, July 8, previews a whole lot of legal drama, some defiance and a potentially unwelcome surprise.
Decisions, Decisions
Molly (Kristen Vaganos) has been preparing to go on tour to promote her new novel, but Justine (Nazneen Contractor) sits her down at the Metro Court Gardens to offer the assistant district attorney a big opportunity. “Promote your book or prosecute the biggest case of your legal career,” Justine says. But which path will Molly choose?
Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) has a meeting with Ric (Rick Hearst), and they are shown discussing Isaiah’s legal options regarding suing Curtis (Donnell Turner) for assault. “I’d also like to explore the possibility of a civil suit,” the doctor confides. How will Ric advise him to proceed?
Curtis is on the hook for causing the injuries to Isaiah’s hand that may prevent the doctor from ever performing surgery again, and Jordan (Tanisha Harper) inquires about the case. “What kind of a deal are they offering?” she asks him. Will Curtis consider making a plea deal or insist on fighting back?
Martin (Michael E. Knight) is back in Port Charles, and meeting with Laura (Genie Francis) to get the latest on everything he missed while he was away. But Laura also looks to be putting her brother to work. “There might be something else that you could help me with,” she suggests.
Sonny (Maurice Benard) pays Carly (Laura Wright) a visit at her home, and she takes a stand against her ex-husband, insisting, “I’m not changing my mind on that.” Are they discussing her relationship with Valentin (James Patrick Stuart), which Sonny discovered when he witnessed Carly’s passionate reunion with the former fugitive?
Lucas (Van Hansis) gets a rude awakening when he raises himself up off the couch where he’s been sleeping to look around him through squinted eyes. “What am I doing here?!” he asks, confused.
