General Hospital Spoilers Video: ‘We Have a Chance To Get the Truth Right Now’
The General Hospital spoilers video for Thursday, January 8, kicks off with an apology as Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) insists to Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), “I didn’t want to do that.” Irritated, she counters, “Well, then fix it!” She’s likely none too pleased about Dante using his authority as acting police commissioner to suspend her husband, Chase (Josh Swickard), from active duty. But can she persuade him to change his mind?
Desperate Times
At the courthouse, Trina (Tabyana Ali) remains determined to figure out if that was Michael’s (Rory Gibson) special ringtone that they heard the night Drew (Cameron Mathison) was shot. “We have a chance to get the truth right now,” she impresses upon Kai (Jens Austin Astrup).
Gio (Giovanni Mazza) reluctantly agreed to help the two amateur sleuths by getting Wiley (Viron Weaver) to call his father to see if the ringtone matches — but first, he has to get to the kid. “You’re in a rush,” Kristina (Kate Mansi) playfully notes as she runs into Gio on his way out of Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) home. “What’s the hurry?”
Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) wants to prove Willows’ (Katelyn MacMullen) innocence so that Drew will allow her and the rest of her family to see Scout (Cosette Abinante) again. But things are getting a little desperate in the courtroom. “You are our best shot at turning that around,” the attorney informs Willow.
Having forced Alexis to put him back on the stand, Drew defiantly prepares to offer his additional testimony. “I am here to set the record straight,” he promises. He’d previously threatened to lie and claim he’d remembered Michael was the one who shot him, but would he actually ignore Alexis’s warnings and do something so drastic?
Finally, Sonny tries to offer some words of reassurance. “You’ve gotta believe that,” he insists. But who is he trying to console, and about what?
