General Hospital Weekly Spoilers Video: ‘Nathan Isn’t Who He Says He Is’
The General Hospital spoilers video for the week of June 29 previews multiple storylines coming to a head — and a special appearance by guest star John Oliver.
The Moment of Truth
Carly (Laura Wright) is desperate to make her way to Spoon Island to search for Josslyn (Eden McCoy) in the hopes of rescuing her daughter. “I’ve gotta get Josslyn out of Wyndemere, now,” she declares. But as she begins snooping around the estate, she runs straight into WSB Agent Harker (Matt Merchant), which soon brings her face-to-face with the evil Cullum (Andrew Hawkes). Will Carly find herself imprisoned alongside Josslyn… or worse?
In their cell beneath Wyndemere, Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) informs Josslyn, “My work is done. I’ve completed the prototype.” But now the question is, will Josslyn let her hand it over to Cullum, knowing that doing so will certainly mean their deaths?
When Felicia (Kristina Wagner) visited her at the clinic in France, Anna (Finola Hughes) delivered some shocking news, revealing that Nathan (Ryan Paevey) is an impostor. What was left as a cliffhanger is whether Felicia believed her. Now, we hear Felicia’s voice saying, “Nathan [Ryan Paevey] isn’t who he says he is.” And at the same time, we see Cody (Josh Kelly) holding his phone as he glares at “Nathan,” who is strolling into the park with James (Gary James Fuller). Is Cassius’s charade about to blow up in his face?
Finally, we see guest star John Oliver in a dark suit walking away from a helicopter flanked by two soldiers in full gear holding machine guns. After they stride across the landing area, there is a shot of Oliver looking down at someone as the camera focuses on him, giving the impression that someone is waking up to see this man kneeling over them. Who is Oliver playing, and how does he factor into the action in Port Charles?
